Job Description/Role

Scope of Work

To serve as a technical aide to the CEO/Principal Broker and ensure technical and social media tasks are completed within the given stipulated time frame.

Due to the peculiarity of our industry, visuals matters to us. Hence, the need for a motivated technical assistant who is social media savvy to work side by side with the CEO/Principal Broker in executing the following tasks:

1. Graphics design and image manipulation
2.  Professional video shooting and editing to industry standard
3. Content (text, static and motion) creation for social media deployment
4. Tiktok and Instagram reel content development
5. Youtube video recording, editing and deployment

Location

The position will work out of the 360Luxe Limited Office – Lekki Phase 1.

Qualifications

This is a mid-level role and as such having some level of experience is a must.

• Must be a graduate of a recognized institution
• 2 – 3 years experience as a videographer/graphics designer
• Must be living on the Island of Lagos
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Ability to take initiative and do things the right way proactively
• Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
• Ability to use graphic design tools for design creation and image manipulation
• Ability to edit videos and optimize them for use on various social media platforms
• You must be creative as the real estate industry thrives on creative content
• Good experience using Tiktok and Reels, Youtube shorts and Youtube video content creation
• A proven record with real estate videography is a plus
• The ability to fly a drone will give you an edge

Compensation

The Technical Assistant role is a full-time onsite role with a salary of 100, 000 Naira during your probation period and a salary of 150, 000 Naira upon your confirmation as a full staff.
